Thanks to Google Translate and similar apps, the interview process has never been easier. Unfortunately, too many mongers don’t take advantage of available technology, or, even worse, don’t put any thought into the interview, not realizing how important it can be in choosing a suitable short-term lover.
Putting aside the possible language barrier for the moment, let’s talk about why the “interview” is important. Ask yourself two questions: 1. What was the most recent disappointing session I have had? 2. What question(s) might I have asked to avoid choosing the girl who gave me the bad service?

For example, many mongers are not happy with a session unless a bareback BJ is part of it. If that’s you, then you need to ask if the girl is going to do that. If she says it’s extra, ask how much. But the general principle is that you want somebody who will give you what you want. Ideally, she will enjoy it too, whatever it is. Her enjoyment can be a little harder to judge, but it’s possible to sense reluctance despite an affirmative answer. Still, if you don’t ask, don’t complain if you don’t get what you want.
On the purely technical side, assuming you are not fluent in the girl’s language, there are apps that make it easy to do rough translations. I have an Android smart phone and I installed Google translate. I suspect there is an Apple equivalent. I can actually speak English into my phone, and it will SPEAK the Spanish translation back. It’s not totally perfect but it’s better than I would expect. It may not translate slang and it MAY have a problem with a thick Brooklyn accent, but overall it’s amazing. It works very well in person even if it’s only on your phone. You can change the direction of the translation to where it translates the girl’s Spanish back into English for you, then switch directions again to talk to her, etc. etc.
But more than anything else, you have to KNOW what you want, and ask her if she offers that.
If you don’t ask and you don’t get, well… that’s on you.
