Video takes a close look at the beautiful women in Colombia, fashion models in Medellin who frequently are surgically augmented. Described as trashy or Narco-Aesthetic the look has as much as to do with class as fashion. This is of course because Colombia’s second most popular export is beautiful women, and Medellin the former stomping grounds of Pablo Escobar is the fashion capital of Colombia.

The video takes a look at last year’s fashion week, which is an event that is about to be repeated in two weeks in Medellin as Colombiamoda. It also looks at a parallel event where the girls look less like European fashion models and more like the plastically enhanced trend in Colombia. Later the video a plastic surgeon interviews a plastic surgeon, visits a pole dancing school, and talks to Pablo Escobar’s brother. It finishes with an ambitious plastic surgical operation and some partying with fashion models.
